These bonnet scoops can be used to force air into a car's engine bay or they can be mounted with the opening facing the widscreen to help exhaust hot air out of a car's engine bay.
Also they can just be fitted for looks only.
That is you don't have to cut a hole in the bonnet to fit them, they can be flush mounted.
