Returns Policy


What products can be returned?
Products found faulty or incorrectly supplied can be returned, please note that evidence is needed that the product is incorrect or faulty.

*Minor imperfections and/or air bubbles in fibreglass parts do not warrant a return or refund.

Do I need evidence before returning a product?

Yes, 

ELECTRICAL: We NEED Photos and/or a report from an Auto Electrician detailing the problem with the product.

FIBREGLASS PRODUCTS: We NEED clear photos of any damages and a detailed report of any fitment problems or damages from a licensed smash repairer with details of the business. 

Please note that any modifications made to any product will void all warranty and returns.

Please refer to the bottom of the invoice for the main terms of purchase. 

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving or picking up the product if you wish to return it.

 cancellation or change of mind is deemed a return.

this will incur a 20%restocking fee and will be charged at ssv's discretion

all financial institution fees are payable by the buyer. 

What can not be returned?

-Products that have not been fitted by a licensed auto electrician.

-Products that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else fitting them.

-Products not installed as per SSV staff advice.

-Products modified in any way without prior permissions in writing from SSV.

Return product packaging
Products should be returned in their original packaging, if this is not possible, please ensure the product is packed properly to avoid further damages and to receive a full refund or replacement.

*Include a note telling us who has sent the item back, the original order number & an explanation why it has been returned.

You are welcome to come to the shop with the product- Please ensure you call us first and arrange to come in within our business hours.

Monday to Thursday- 9.00am until 5.00pm

Friday - 9.00am until 4.00pm
Saturday - Closed
Sundays - Closed


Shipping for returns
If we have supplied a faulty part or supplied the wrong part we will pay the return delivery cost.UNLESS ITEM PICKED UP ITEM MUST BE RETURNED BY YTHE CUSTOMER.

 

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are only accepted at our discretion and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

 
Credit for returns
Normally we would refund payments the same way as they were received

A refund will ne processed within 2-3 business days, after the product has been inspected by management
