SHIPPING for returns?
If we have supplied a faulty part or supplied the wrong part we will pay the return delivery cost.

CREDIT for returns?
Normally we would refund payments the same way as they were received but this is flexible.

IS THERE THE OPTION OF COMING DIRECT TO THE STORE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes you are welcome to do that within our business hours.

Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns?
Yes that is definitely the prefered way to return products for a refund or replacement.
The main thing is that the product being returned is packed appropriately for safe return.
